We include the description of the material in the product description. Aluminum is a very lightweight material. We do have a stainless steel version that may interest you!

it pains me to leave this review but it's the unfortunate truth. I have Purchased many patches and apparel from this company and it is nothing but top notch quality! except this cuff. I purchased it because my faith is important to me. The cuff is very fragile, I live a very rough lifestyle and it seems like it won't take a beating seems like the material its made from is very weak.
