Moral Decay Patchwork started in 2021 in an upstairs bedroom with a cheap CO2 laser and a simple idea. Make stuff that didn’t look like everything else out there.
At the time, it was just us figuring things out as we went. Testing designs, messing up materials, dialing in what worked. Our hand-sewn leather patches were what took off first. People started noticing the designs, how they held up, and how different they looked from the usual mass-produced stuff. That’s what really pushed things forward.
Those patches built our name. They started showing up on hats, plate carriers, range gear, and everyday setups. Known for durability, sharp detail, and bold artwork, they became what people recognize us for. Every patch is made to be used and worn in real environments. We’ve made patches for your average dude on the range, the avid collector, high op teams, and anything in between.
Since then, things have grown. We are now a full setup with two CO2 lasers, a fiber laser, and a UV printer. Everything we make in-house comes out of our shop in Southern Virginia, with both in-stock and custom options.

It’s still a small operation. A husband and wife manage daily operations with support from one production staff and a hand-sewing contractor.
We are veteran and first responder owned and operated, and that background shows in how we run things and what we make.
What started as a side setup in a bedroom turned into a brand people recognize. And we’re still building it the same way we started.
Joey produces all media content, runs our socials, and leads design ideas. Jen focuses on business operations, customer service, custom requests, and much more.
