Shipping Protection
We have Shipping Protection available at checkout. If you have paid for Shipping Protection at checkout and your order is lost or damaged during transit, we offer either a full refund of your order OR a new tracking number with replacements [if still in stock] within 48 hours. We determine a package lost when Five [5] business days have passed after submitting a Missing Mail Search and no tracking update on USPS tracking.
Refunds/Returns
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. We are not responsible for your package if it is lost during shipping. We will work to recover, but will not offer a full refund of your order [unless Shipping Protection was purchased]. We will request a Missing Mail Search Request via USPS website if the order is not marked as Delivered and Five (5) business days have passed since last tracking update on USPS tracking. We determine a package lost when Five [5] business days have passed after submitting a Missing Mail Search with no tracking update on USPS tracking.
Damaged/Missing Items in Order
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or items are missing, please email us as soon as possible at SUPPORT@moraldecaypatchwork.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will diligently work to correct your issue!

Processing
We have a step by step process to prep leather before and/or after lasering your design. Each step can take up to 24 hours of drying time. Because of this, the minimum processing time is three (3) business days. Processing time is also affected by order volume.
Ready to Ship (RTS) Patches
All RTS orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
International Shipments
We are currently only shipping within the US and select International countries! Unfortunately, new EU has compliance regulations that we cannot maintain at the moment. For further information on the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), please read here.
International customers typically receive orders within 2-3 weeks from the date it DEPARTS from the U.S. We CANNOT further track the item once it leaves the U.S.
Custom Patches
All Custom orders less than 10 in volume are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after final design is agreed upon. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Bulk Orders
Bulk order shipment varies upon the order volume. As these are likely a custom order, processing will begin after final design is agreed upon. Order volumes less than 30 are likely to ship within 1-2 weeks. Order volumes greater than 30 are likely to ship within 2-3 weeks. We will offer additional insurance for bulk orders, added to your final invoice. This will provide coverage for you in the event of a lost package. We will not refund for any lost packages.
