Here are some Frequently Asked Questions from our customers

Do you have a minimum quantity order?

At this time, we do not have a minimum order requirement.

What is all included in the price?

Your design, dye color, and thread color are included in the price. Additional fees may apply for extras such as double thread, paint splatter, etc.

What if I don’t have a design ready, but still want a patch?

Depending on your design request, we have a few Graphic Designers that may be able to assist your needs. Their contact information will be provided upon request.

How long does an order usually take?

Once the design is approved, processing time takes at minimum 3 business days for order quantities less than 10. Shipping notification will be sent once shipped. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further questions.

Do you offer bulk quantities?

Yes. Bulk pricing will be provided upon request.

What file type do you need?

We require a no color (black and white) .AI., High Resolution PNG, or similar file type. However, we can usually work with most file types. Additional designs fees may be applied if further design work is required. This will be discussed before any charges are applied.
