I wanted to put the spotlight on Nichole. This patch was missing from my order and when I contacted MDP about it, she responded quickly and got the patch out for delivery that day with another patch included for free. Completely unexpected. Her attitude and customer service was stellar! Give her a raise/bonus/day off (paid), something for the great job she is doing!
